In five years, between a quarter to half of issues customers bring to a brand will be routed by one of their peers, according to a report from an AI firm called Limitless released this week.
The British tech firm offers a platform to dynamically find people who are interested in making money on the side helping their favourite brands resolve customer service issues called SmartCrowd.
