‘GigCX’ research predicts 25-50% of service will come from crowdsourcing expert customers

An AI startup called Limitless suggests the same model that worked for Uber and Airbnb may be adapted by CX professionals

In five years, between a quarter to half of issues customers bring to a brand will be routed by one of their peers, according to a report from an AI firm called Limitless released this week.

The British tech firm offers a platform to dynamically find people who are interested in making money on the side helping their favourite brands resolve customer service issues called SmartCrowd.
