W12 Studios CEO says brands need to design a ‘Global Experience Language’
The CEO of a design agency that has worked with the likes of Formula 1, Vodafone and CNN is proposing brands create a “global experience language” that will address one of the biggest CX gaps that has emerged since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
