One of the challenging aspects of starting a new publication is demonstrating you have an established track record that will make it receptive to its target audience.
Although I haven’t necessarily focused specifically on those in CX roles in the past, my work for publications like B2B News Network, Marketing Dive and several others have often touched on ways to improve or reimagine customer experiences.
