360 Magazine named to Feedspot top CX publications list
I feel more motivated today than ever — and with good reason.
Recently Feedspot — a social feed reader compiling news feeds from online sources around the globe — named 360 Magazine to its list of the top customer experience publications in the world.
This means my publication is featured alongside others from the U.K., the U.S., Australia and beyond.
Many of these titles are associated with well-staffed organizations or are part of event companies.
360 Magazine is just me.
Well, that’s not true. 360 Magazine is also made up of all the incredible people I get to interview and the customer experience leaders, including chief customer officers, who read and even pay to subscribe to it.
My heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported me this far. Not a bad way to celebrate CX Day and Customer Service Week.
